• Silent Auction is Completely Online this Year; Bidding to Start February 17
  The Pleasures of the Palate silent auction is always a treasure chest full of amazing items and services.  You will find weekend getaways, gourmet food and wine baskets, luxurious spa packages, golf outings, art, sports tickets and much more!  This year, all silent auction bidding will be done online.   Online bidding begins February 17 and ends March 10.  You’ll be able to check out all the silent auction items in person at St. Albans during the bidding period.  Watch for more information as we get closer to the 17^th.
  
  
• On March 13 at 5 p.m., begin your journey into beautiful Tuscany
  Give yourself plenty of time to view  live auction items, class projects, and children’s pictures.  New this year: our “Decadent Dessert” auction.  Bid on some delectable desserts and, if you are the winner, enjoy it at your table during the live auction.   There’s so much to see and do – you won’t want to miss one moment of it. Stay tuned in the coming weeks for highlights of the big event!
  
  
• Delicious Food, Exquisite Wines
  Come hungry!  Many top local restaurants will be serving appetizer-size samples of their finest dishes.  Enjoy these scrumptious treats while you stroll under the Tuscan moon and stars, visiting with friends, and sampling some of the finest wines gathered in one place.  If you like some of the wines that you taste, place an order that night and a percentage of the proceeds will be donated to St. Albans.  
  
  
• Reserved Tables
  If you are an event or table sponsor, look for your reserved table sign in the main ballroom. You may also reserve a partial table and share the evening with new friends.  This can be a great way to get to know other St. Albans families.  Please contact Debbie Carter at dcarter@pmcworld.com to reserve a table or get more information.   Unreserved tables will be available in the ballroom if you choose not to reserve a table or be an event sponsor.
  
  
• Prizes, Prizes and More Prizes:  Jewelry Vault & Raffle
  Purchase keys for the super exciting Jewelry Vault where your lucky key might be the one to open the vault to a beautiful piece of jewelry.  And, buy your raffle tickets for a chance to win two months’ tuition (or $2,000) plus receive a free dress pass for every three raffle tickets you purchase. 
  
  
• The fun doesn’t stop when the bidding ends; bring your dancing shoes!
  After the live auction ends around 9:30 p.m, it’s time to get your dancing shoes on and celebrate at the “After Party in Portofino!”  We will have a DJ, dancing floor,  no-host bar, and more yummy late night appetizers.   Or kick back, relax, and enjoy with friends.
  
  
• And of course … What Do I Wear?
  Glam it up or dress it down.  Under the Tuscan moon and stars, anything goes.
