Our Community
St. Albans Country Day School was founded in 1963 by local families interested in providing a qualitatively different educational environment for their children. Located in Roseville, California , the school is approximately 17 miles Northeast of Sacramento and sits on 11.5 acres.
Roseville, established in 1864, was originally a railroad town. Today, Roseville's economy is thriving with diversified businesses from retail to industrial, including a growing technology base with Agillent, Hewlett-Packard, and NEC as major contributors. Roseville is one of the fastest growing communities in California. Roseville is a diverse community of Caucasian, Hispanic, Asian/Pacific, African American, and Native American heritage.
Although the school is located in Roseville, the student base extends to communities well beyond local boundaries. Students arrive from Sacramento, Granite Bay, Fair Oaks, Folsom, Loomis, Rocklin and from distant communities such as Auburn.
